USAINS Holding Sdn Bhd (USAINS) formed in 1998, is the corporate arm of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). It is tasked with developing income-generating businesses associated with the skills readily available within USM. USAINS manages USM’s extensive assets – which include properties, projects, programs and enterprises – either directly or indirectly through key subsidiaries, to make a positive contribution to USM and its wider community.
